Installation Position
The Elevator Cabinet Shock Pads are installed at:
- Cabin Base: Between the cabin frame and guide rails to absorb vertical vibrations.
- Suspension Points: Under wire rope connections to isolate hoisting machinery vibrations.
- Corners: At cabin-frame joints to distribute load evenly and dampen lateral movements.
Functions of Elevator Cabinet Shock Absorber Pad
- Vibration Isolation: Reduces structural vibrations by 10-20 dB, enhancing passenger comfort.
- Noise Control: Minimizes low-frequency noise transmission (e.g., from motors and guide rails).
- Load Distribution: Prevents uneven wear on guide rails and suspension components.
Note: Proper installation requires flat surfaces and uniform compression for optimal performance.
